Reflexology is the study of reflexes.  Foot Reflexology Therapy is a natural therapeutic method based on the principle that there are reflexes on the feet which connect to other body parts, glands, and organs of the body. Foot Reflexology is the applied pressure to specific points on the foot facilitating optimal health conditions in other parts of the body. Hand and finger techniques are used on the corresponding points of the foot. The use of pressure on the Foot reflexes, can relieve tension, improve circulation and support the body’s efforts to function optimally.   

The Foot Reflexology Course will include:

35 hours of in-class Foot Reflexology Training covering both Reflexology practical and theoretical components 

25 hours of Reflexology Home Study Theory

60 documented Reflexology Case Studies (approximately 120 hours of practicum) - fully documented/charted on appropriate Health Record and Treatment Records.
